O&M Fee Payments
Hello Lochbuie Residents,
We would like to provide clarification regarding the invoicing and payment of the newly established Operations and Maintenance Fee.
This fee supports ongoing services and improvements within the District, including maintenance of open space, landscaping, trails, parks, irrigation systems, entry monuments, and perimeter fencing; snow removal in District-owned public areas; and covenant enforcement.
The monthly fee of $40 became effective June 1, 2026. Recently mailed invoices include:
- $40 for June, and
- $120 for the third quarter (July, August, and September),
for a total of $160.
Please note: While some portions of the invoice reference a July 1 due date, for this billing cycle only, the due date has been extended to July 15, 2026, to accommodate online payment availability and avoid inconvenience.

Online Payment:
Online payments are expected to be available via the District’s website during the week of June 29, 2026. An e-blast will be sent once this service is live. In addition, updates will be posted on the District’s website.
An additional online payment option through Point & Pay is also in progress and will include an ACH payment option.
