Lochbuie Station Residential Metroplitan District (“District”)
As we move into fall and school season, we want to share a few important community updates and reminders. Thank you for helping us keep our neighborhood a great place to live. Community Maintenance Update 🌿
Our landscaping team has been busy keeping the neighborhood looking its best. Recent projects include:
- Weed control completed along all walking paths
- Greenbelts mowed and maintained
- Native grass areas trimmed
- Cleanup of the open space's
- Fall cleanup to prepare the community for winter
We appreciate everyone’s efforts in helping maintain the community’s curb appeal!
Budget Season Approaching The District will soon begin preparing the annual budget. The Board will review priorities and proposed projects to ensure responsible allocation of resources. Residents are encouraged to review materials and participate in public meetings.
🎃 Seasonal Decorations Reminder Holiday and seasonal decorations are welcome in our community! No approval is needed when decorations are installed on your own lot, as long as they follow community standards and are removed within 30 days after the holiday.
Street Parking 🚗 Please use driveways/garages when possible; only operable vehicles with current tags may be parked on the street.
🌲 Wood Storage. Is not permitted.
⚡Solar Energy Devices. Device must be integrated into the design of the house to fit flush with the roof surface of the structure. Frame color of the device must match or blend with the roof surface. Owner must provide a drawing showing location of the device on the house including dimensions and color.
🦴 Dog Runs. Committee approval is required. Dog runs must be located in the rear or side yard, abutting the home and substantially screened from view by planting fast- growing or mature trees or shrubs. Dog runs will be limited to 200 square feet and cannot be higher than 4 feet 6 inches. The dog run fence should be left natural in color and sealed to prevent weathering. In some cases, written consent from adjacent neighbors may be requested. Tarpaulins and chain-link will not be permitted.
🪵 No Front-Yard Fences – Fences are not permitted in the front yards of lots.
