Community Maintenance Update 🌿
Our landscaping contractor, Valor Landscaping, has been busy keeping our community beautiful. As of yesterday, they:
- Completed weed spraying along all walking paths
- Cleaned up the open space on the south side of the neighborhood
- Mowed and cleaned up greenbelts throughout the community
- Trimmed all native grass areas to maintain a neat and healthy appearance
Friendly Reminders:
🏀Basketball Hoops
Please remember that portable basketball hoops must be stored on private property when not in use. Leaving them in the street or public right-of-way can obstruct traffic, damage curbs, or pose safety concerns. We appreciate your help in keeping our community safe and orderly!
Trash & Recycling Cans ♻️
To keep our streets neat and accessible, please remember to bring in your trash and recycling cans promptly after collection—ideally by the evening of pickup day. This small habit makes a big difference in keeping our community tidy and safe.
Street Parking 🚗
We’ve seen an increase in cars parked along the streets. While street parking is sometimes necessary, we encourage everyone to make use of driveways and garages whenever possible. If your vehicle must be parked on the street, please ensure it has current, up-to-date registration tags. This improves safety, helps with enforcement, and keeps our neighborhood looking well cared for.
Lawn Care & Weeding 🌱
Please take a moment to check your yard for weeds and make sure your grass is watered and healthy. Well-kept lawns not only boost curb appeal but also help maintain property values across our community. A little care goes a long way toward keeping our neighborhood vibrant and welcoming.
Fencing Guidelines 🪵
- Fence Staining Requirement – Per district guidelines, all fencing must be stained using:
Sherwin Williams SW 3035 Woodbriar (Woodscapes Exterior Acrylic Solid Color House Stain).
This uniform color helps maintain a cohesive, attractive look while protecting your fence from weather damage. - No Front-Yard Fences – Fences are not permitted in the front yards of lots.
The Board of Directors may issue design guidelines from time to time that address fencing requirements, including—without limitation—approved types, heights, materials, locations, and other criteria.
Please be sure to follow check out the districts guidelines before beginning any new fencing work or repairs.
Our Metropolitan District is here to serve and support the community. If you ever have questions about district services or rules—or would like to attend a meeting—we’re here to help!
