Community Maintenance Update 🌿
Our landscaping team has been busy keeping the neighborhood looking its best. Recent projects include:
- Fall Clean Up
- Tree and Shrub Maintenance

Thank you to everyone who attended the recent Board meeting. We appreciated the discussion and the concerns shared. The District is actively working toward our goals and next steps.
Also, the District is partnering with Valor Landscape this season for snow removal.
🎃 Seasonal Decorations Reminder Holiday and seasonal decorations are welcome in our community! No approval is needed when decorations are installed on your own lot, as long as they follow community standards and are removed within 30 days after the holiday.
✅ Landscaping Reminder: Approval is Required
If you are a homeowner (not the Builder or Developer), you are responsible for installing landscaping on your lot within six months of closing.
- Closings between April 1 and October 1: Landscaping must be completed by October 1 of that same year.
- All Landscaping Plans Must Be Submitted: Before any installation begins, please submit your landscape plan to the Architectural Review Committee (ARC) for review and approval.
Your landscaping plan should include:
- A plot/yard layout to scale
- Clearly labeled plants, shrubs, trees, and materials
- Details for edging, stone, mulch, etc.
(Material samples are encouraged.)
Once installed, owners are responsible for maintaining landscaping in a neat and healthy condition, including regular pruning, weed removal, and replacement of dead plants.
