Owners with closings that occur between April 1 and October 1 shall be required to complete landscaping before the following October 1

🌱 Weed Season Is Here! As temperatures rise, weeds can quickly become a problem throughout the community. Residents are reminded to regularly inspect and maintain their yards, landscape beds, fence lines, and other areas of their property to prevent weed growth.

Keeping weeds under control helps maintain property values, improves the appearance of the neighborhood, and prevents weeds from spreading to neighboring properties. If you receive a weed notice, please address the issue as soon as possible to avoid additional notices or fines.

🗑️ Trash Can Reminder Please remember that trash containers should be stored out of public view when not awaiting collection. Trash cans may be placed out for pickup on collection day but should be returned to their proper storage location as soon as possible after service.

Properly storing trash containers helps keep the community looking clean and attractive while preventing windblown debris and unwanted pests.

🎄 Holiday Lights Reminder While the holiday season may seem far away, residents are reminded that holiday lights and decorations should be removed within a reasonable time after the holiday has passed. Keeping seasonal decorations up year-round can detract from the appearance of the community.
