REMINDERS!

💩 Please Pick Up After Your Pets 🐾

We’ve received several reports of pet waste being left in common areas, particularly in parks and open spaces. As a reminder, all residents are required to clean up after their dogs immediately and dispose of waste properly.

Pet waste is not only unpleasant, but it can also create health and environmental concerns for neighbors, children, and wildlife. Let’s work together to keep our community clean, safe, and enjoyable for everyone.

🐶 Dogs Off Leash

We have received and observed several concerns over the past few weeks regarding dogs being off leash near the park at Bird and Anderson. Please be reminded that the Town of Lochbuie does not permit dogs to be off leash in public areas.

For the safety and consideration of all residents, we kindly ask that pets remain on a leash while at the park and in surrounding neighborhood areas.

🌷Spring Is Almost Here – Weed Season Is Coming!

It’s time to start thinking about lawn care and weed control. As spring approaches, weeds begin to germinate quickly, so early treatment and regular maintenance are key to keeping your yard looking its best.

Please remember that homeowners are responsible for maintaining their landscaping, including keeping lots free of excessive weeds. Taking care of them early helps prevent spread to neighboring properties and keeps our community looking beautiful.
