• Valor has been keeping up with winter watering

Community Update ⭐

🎄Seasonal Decorations Reminder Holiday and seasonal decorations are welcome in our community! No approval is needed when decorations are installed on your own lot, as long as they follow community standards and are removed within 30 days after the holiday.

🚗 Vehicle Repairs Reminder Section 3.7.2 of the Covenants and Restrictions states: No activity, including maintenance, repair, rebuilding, dismantling, repainting, or servicing of any vehicles, trailers, or boats, may be performed on the property unless it is conducted within a fully enclosed structure that screens both the sight and sound of the activity from the street and neighboring properties.

🚙 Parking on the Streets The Metro District and the Town of Lochbuie are encouraging residents who have concerns about street parking to contact the police department to ensure a timely response.

🪵Fencing Stain Reminder Stain is required for all fencing and MUST be Sherwin Williams SW 3035 Woodbrair (Woodscapes Exterior Acrylic Solid Color House Stain)
